I was born between places. Between languages that never fully became mine, between silences that spoke louder than words. The borders I crossed as a child left marks that don't appear on any map.

Cinema found me, or perhaps I found it, in the space where explanation fails. I did not choose this path because I wanted to perform. I chose it because I needed to listen. To the stories we inherit, to the dreams that were broken before we could understand them, to the quiet persistence of those who remain.

Acting, for me, is not transformation. It is recognition. It is finding in another's words the tremor I already carry. Directing is the same act, turned outward. Creating a space where others can be witnessed without being explained.

I work slowly. I listen before I speak. I believe that cinema is not about ambition but about responsibility. The responsibility to honour what remains after everything else has been taken.

This is not a career. This is a way of staying close.
